Avocado bread

Toasted bread, mozzarella, avocado, salt, black pepper, olive oil, lemon juice. Tip: add cilandro on top if you have some.

Rigatoni alla carbonara

Garofalo rigatoni, guanciale (italian cured pork *similar* to bacon), egg, pecorino romano, black pepper.


Margerita: tomato sauce, mozzarella, parmigiano, salt, black pepper, olive oil.
